Menu Planning

We offer the following menu choices for goups up to 100 people in our Banquet Room.

We have NO site fee.

Our goal is to offer celebrations and organizations a reasonably priced opportunity to hold their gatherings.

Appetizers

All appetizers are trays of 50 pieces suitable for 25 people each

* Cordon Bleu chicken Bites

* Vegetable Rolls with Two Dipping Sauces

* Cheese and Fruit Tray

* Artichoke Dip with Peak Chips

* Beef Skewers with Asian Sauce

* Peel and Eat Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

Entrees

All entrees served with chef’s choice salad, dinner rolls, starch vegetable.
Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea and Ice water are also included.

* Grilled Chicken Breast in a lemon caper butter sauce

* Chicken Marsala – Chicken Breat in our wonderful Marsal Sauce

* Roasted Pork Tenderloin with a Mango Pinapple Salsa

* Slow Roasted Prime Rib

* Grilled Top Sirloin with a Mushroom Wine Sauce

* Pecan Encrusted and Grilled Trout

Grilled Salmon with a Lime Butter Sauce

* Vegetarian choices are avaliable upon request

Dessert

Assorted Dessert Trays provide multiple choices for your group

Tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to your total bill
